Disclaimer

Performance Marketing A–Z Course — approved wording to resolve the "Unacceptable business practices" ad rejection.

1. Short Ad Disclaimer

Use at the end of every ad's Primary Text (all 5 creatives):

Educational content only. Results depend on individual effort and market conditions — not guaranteed.

Shorter alternative if character count is tight:

Results vary. Not a guarantee of income.

2. Video On-Screen Disclaimer

Burn into the final 2–3 seconds of both UGC videos, near the price card:

Educational course. Individual results may vary.

3. Landing Page Footer Disclaimer

Replace the current footer line on the landing page:

This is an educational digital product. Course content reflects general performance marketing principles and the creator's personal experience — it is not personalized financial, legal, or business advice. Any results, outcomes, or experiences described (including in testimonials) are individual and not typical; we do not guarantee specific income, sales, ROAS, or ad performance for any buyer. Ad platform features, policies, and costs referenced (Meta, Google, etc.) are accurate as of course publication and may change. All trademarks belong to their respective owners; DealCove is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Google, or any platform mentioned.

4. Pricing-Specific Disclaimer

Place directly under or beside the ₹499 / ₹4,999 price display:

₹4,999 reflects the bundled value of all included materials (course + cheat-sheet + calendar + updates), not a prior selling price.

Where Each One Goes

Location Disclaimer to Use
Every ad caption (all 5 creatives) #1 — Short Ad Disclaimer
Both UGC videos, final frame #2 — Video On-Screen Disclaimer
Landing page footer #3 — Landing Page Footer Disclaimer
Next to price card (landing page + Static Ad 1) #4 — Pricing-Specific Disclaimer

Why this matters: Meta's rejection cited "unverified claims about efficacy." These four disclaimers directly address the three likely triggers — the ₹4,999 strike-through price, personal financial-outcome claims, and the "first 100 buyers" urgency claim.
